Abstract

This work reports some preliminary results relative to a research project [1] ,with the aim to investigate the relationship between the perceived well-being and the Gestalt psychotherapy treatment. Specifically, in the following article, we present some results relating to the dynamics and the changes showed by patients, who freely participated to this research, that regard their sense of well-being. This construct was investigated using a self-evaluation scale [2]  adapted and standardized to the Italian population [3].

METHODOLOGY. We present a qualitative experimental design that involved five patients for three months, all of them involved into a phenomenological-existential Gestalt psychotherapy. The data were collected every four psychotherapeutic sessions.
