Abstract

The authors propose a psychoanalytic reading of the psychopathology, underlining the shift of the objective, knowledge and care, from the pathology to the subject that is the bearer and to the widening, in a horizontal way, to the dimension Intersubjective, and in a vertical and diachronic way, to that trans generational. The diagnosis is considered a necessary and important objective operation, which allows to reduce the individual complexity to constant and generalizable phenomena in an supra-individual dimension, however, support the authors, it must not Prematurely saturating the cognitive process in it's unfolding in the analytical relationship, understood the latteras a place of production of content and unconscious psychic forms and notonlyas a scenario of their manifestations. It is highlighted that psychoanalytic research, in particular in the field of childhood and adolescence, and in relation to severe manifestations of psychic suffering, has increasingly placed attention, even for the purpose of diagnostic evaluation, at the levels Primitive and undifferentiatedpsychicfunctioning and the dimensions of pre-mentality in the peri-natal and fetal life. The authors, supported by the most recent psychoanalytic literature on the topic of psychopathology as wellas the therapeutic factors of the cure, also expose some thesis on the evaluation of the new manifestations of the psychic discomfort, which occur Often by the way of somatic or more generically asenigmatic "unbeing" in living assubjects in the world. At the same, the question is taken on these new clinical forms, if they are evidenced because of the changes in the evaluation instruments or whether they are objectively identifiable and classifiable.
